Joining us In-Person?

Please arrive at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton between 5:30 and 6:45 PM.

Parking:
  • Complimentary valet parking will be available available at the Division St. entrance. You may also self-park at Green Ramp on Division St. A sticker to validate your parking will be provided to you at registration.

Doors open at 5:30 PM:

  • Please review the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's Health & Safety policy for events at their venue, including a restriction on bags over 8.5” x 11” in size.

  • Once checked in, you are welcome to enjoy light hors d’oeuvres including small ham or chicken salad sandwiches, vegetables, fruit, cheese, chips and cookies. Water, soda, coffee and tea will be available.  

  • Limited availability for backstage tours of the PAC will be available. Sign up when you register.

  • Pre-meeting entertainment on stage provided by Piano Fondue.  


 

Joining us Online?

 

Once you have read over the resources, we recommend joining the meeting 10 minutes prior to the start to give yourself time to become familiar with the format.

Will I have to download or subscribe to anything?
  • No downloads or subscriptions are needed to view the event, but you will need to verify your membership to participate in voting. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with a reliable high-speed internet connection to watch the broadcast.
 
I registered to attend in person. Can I change to participating online instead?
  • Absolutely. We'll miss your presence at the meeting, but we understand situations change. If you do change your mind, you don't need to contact us. Simply follow the instructions for logging into the meeting as are shown on this page. You will still be able to vote and are eligible for the prize drawing.

I registered to watch online. Is it too late to RSVP to attend in person instead? 
  • That's no problem. Simply follow the in-person attendance instructions and when you register, make sure to let them know you originally registered to participate online.
 
Is the meeting open to anyone?
  • This Annual Meeting broadcast is intended for all member-owners of Community First Credit Union. Prize drawing winners must be eligible Community First Credit Union member-owners at the time of registration deadline.
 
What if more than one person in my household is a member-owner?
  • Only one member will need to validate membership to log into the meeting, however each individual qualifying member will need to authenticate during the voting period to submit their vote. 
 
When should I log in for the meeting?
  • The live stream will open for viewing at 6:30 pm. We recommend you bring the page up on your device at least by 6:50 pm to give yourself time to become familiar with the volume and screen controls beforehand.
 
Will I be able to ask questions during the event?
  • There will not be a chat feature within the broadcast. However, most questions that were submitted during registration will be addressed during the meeting.

Will there be giveaways?
  • All eligible member-owners who registered to attend the Annual Meeting by 11:59 pm on Wednesdasy, May 1, either online or in person, have been included in the prize drawing. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting and contacted by email or phone afterwards. Only one entry per Community First member-owner is allowed. Employees, board members and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to win.  

Will I be able to view the meeting if I miss the live stream?
  • Yes, a recording of the Annual Meeting live stream will be available on our website within a few days after the event.
