Will I be receiving a new credit card with my current upgrade to the Platinum Great Rate or Great Rewards Card?
No, you will not receive a new card until your current card expires. At the time of expiration a new card will be mailed.
When does this new rate take effect?
The rate will take effect on November 21st.
Is there anyway I could increase my current credit line?
Yes. You are able to increase your credit line by calling us at 920-830-7200.
How quickly will my request for a credit line increase be processed?
It usually can happen within the same business day but at the latest two days. .
Can I add someone to my credit card account?
Yes; please contact the credit union at 920-830-7200 to process this request.

Balance Transfer/Cash Advance:
What would I do if I wanted to transfer balances from another credit card to my CFCU Credit Card?
It is very easy to transfer your balance from another credit card to a Community First Credit Union. You can call or stop in at any one for our 13 convenient locations.
Is there a fee for a balance transfer?
There is no fee for transferring the balance to your CFCU card.
Do I get a PIN with my credit card account?
Yes, one is automatically generated and sent when your card is first ordered. If you’ve forgotten or lost your PIN number, you can go online or call 920-830-7200 to have a reminder sent.
Can I get a cash advance at a CFCU ATM?
Yes. You will receive a PIN number in the mail when you receive your card. You may use this PIN to access cash at over thousands of ATM’s worldwide.

Yes; auto pay is an option from either a checking or main savings account
What’s the fastest way to get a payment to you?
You can pay at any CFCU location, over the phone at 920-830-7200, or make a transfer via CFCU PC Home Banking to your credit card account.
Can I pay my credit card over the phone?
Yes, just call 920-830-7200, and a transfer can be made from a savings or checking account. There is no fee to have this done.
Can I access my credit card balance and activity anytime I want?
Yes, you can access your credit card information anytime you want by choosing one of the options listed below.

How do I dispute a charge on my statement?
You must first attempt to resolve any disputes regarding goods or services that you purchased with the card directly with the merchant. If no resolution can be made, you may send a letter detailing the dispute and your attempts at resolution to: Customer Service, PO Box 31112, Tampa, FL, 33631-3112.

Fees/Rates for CFCU Credit Cards:
Your APR may vary as determined by Community First Credit Union.
What is the fee for a late payment?
A late payment fee of $25.00 may be charged in any billing cycle in which we receive less than the minimum payment on or before the 5th day after the due date.
Is there a fee for a cash advance?
A flat fee of $5.00 will be charged for each cash advance.
